Zhongdan Group possesses all kinds of talent personnel near 1000, among them 8 Doctors, 30 Masters, more than 500 persons having college education experience above and 400 worker technicians. They are the strong backbone for enterprise to develop. Meanwhile, the enterprise has drawn up the serial training plan for them. 

1. Prepare the vocational program for the employees newly recruited, actively guide them to perfect their knowledge structure and improve the comprehensive quality for development of enterprise. 

2. Establish the Zhongdan Group Post-Doctoral Activities Station jointly with University of Nanjing Scientific Research Mobile Station, train postdoctoral students and University of Nanjing provides doctoral advisor and draws up the project planning in accordance with actual research and development in enterprise. 

3. Open the On-job Postgraduate Course jointly with Industry College of Jiangsu. 

4. Encourage the employees to take part in the studying in on-job course and off-the-job training courses 

5. Establish the training center, appoint experts and professor and provide all sorts of knowledge lecture and special skill training for employees.
